i almost thought this could be a great stay, but i simply can’t overlook the shower design which is just, horrendous. the so-called ‘full-size’ kitchen was not what i expected, which is shocking. plus, i literally didn’t even get a complimentary welcome gift. honestly, the management should work on their priorities here!

Paul's outstanding service was a highlight. he was not only helpful with local recommendations but even assisted us during a snowstorm, which truly stood out. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the indoor pool provided a relaxing retreat after a long day. One area for improvement could be clearer signage regarding reserving the pool for private use.
